Fry selection in Japan

This time of year in Japan is very busy. The breeding of the Koi has been done and now the very time consuming job of culling them.
It is an amazing experience to view this and wonder what the breeders are looking for.
Here are some pictures and video of the Koi as of right now. These Koi will be culled and then next Spring will be offered for sale as Tosai.
