Spring is up next!

After a fantastic 2016 for Koitrips.com, 2017 is fast approaching.

Spring trips start at the end of March and into the middle of April. This trip is more about the smaller Koi. Koi which were bred in May/June of 2016. These will now be Tosai.

In April there are opportunities to buy some of the very best jumbo Tosai from the breeders. These are sometimes Koi that the breeder simply does not have the mudpond space for so has no choice but to sell. It’s a great time for anyone looking to buy high class Koi to grow.

Of course this is not just about the small Koi. All the breeders in Niigata all have a full stock of all sized Koi. Koi from 20cm to 90cms will be available to view.

It’s a great time to visit the mountains. The weather is lovely and snow is just clearing. The mountains are very beautiful.
